This live APRS java map will let your monitor ham operator location and weather conditions during storms, special events or any time. You can watch the activity from anywhere that you have a internet connection. APRS is used locally to track mobile units during storm watches and public service events, to track and locate weather balloons during NSTAR flights and to provide local weather information. APRS is used for a varity of tracking, information and message exchange applications. This page may take a while to load.

U or PGUP	zooms up (wider view)
D or PGDN	zooms down (narrower view)
CTRL-click	centers map on clicked location
ALT-click	zooms in on clicked location
Arrow keys	scrolls map

 

Click on any station on the map to get information on that station (will show in bottom left hand side of the box).

You will see weather information from weather stations. Click anywhere on the map to get lat and long.

This map will show stations 200 mikes from the area. The page will update on it's own.
